As of now CM cancelled the June 1 update. Lets just wait for official announcements with regards to the official starting date of the upgrade. See what CM said on their official Facebook fan page -May 31 2013, 6:45PM

Yes, its Official. Cherry Mobile Flare upgrades to Jelly Bean OS!




 Starting June 1 2013, Cherry Mobile SC accepts unit to be upgraded to Jelly Bean at their official Cherry Mobile Service Centers nationwide. The update is FREE of charge, just present your Warranty Card and Official Reciept, indicating your IMEI number and Phone Model (and other details may check) during the update.

 Cherry Mobile reminds also Flare users to back-up EVERYTHING to avoid data loss during the update, they shall not liable to any data lost while updating the Flare. Bricked and Rooted phone are not accepted and covered by the warranty

 But it is not Over-The-Air (OTA) update, we need to come to our nearest Cherry Mobile Service Center starting June 1
